This site is designed to highlight our experience, knowledge and views on creating blended learning packages and computerised user guides.
A blended learning package combines a number of different training elements in order to optimise the learning experience. In most instances this involves a large e-learning element.
Computerised user guides are bespoke “How to.. Guides” used in conjunction with computer systems, such as ERP or CRM systems. They differ from technical guides in that they explain, in terms familiar to their users, how certain actions are carried out within their company or department.
